The ULS&TC is located on 15 acres of land, wholly owned by the membership. The Union Lake Sailing and Tennis Club is a non-profit organization with an elected governing board of directors, (BOD). The membership is capped at 150. The BOD conducts business under the club's Bylaws. The club may be rented for private functions. Please refer to the club's Rental Policyand Safety Rules.
